This week I was given the opportunity to have a spontaneous visit with two of my sweetest friends, Scott & Allyson. They are truly one of my favorite couples because they are so kind, generous, & a blast to be around! Seriously, there is truly never a dull moment with these two. Every visit with them is special but this visit was extra special because it was the first time I was visiting them as a family of 3! They recently adopted & brought home their first child, a precious baby girl, Ruby Jane!

Ruby is the definition of an answered prayer! When Scott & Allyson announced they were in the process of adoption last year, they immediately had countless family & friends, myself included, praying for them & supporting them. After spending so much time in prayer for my friends to have the child they wanted so badly, I could not wait to hold this girl in my arms once I heard she arrived!

I have been truly blessed by little Ruby. I was so excited to finally meet her & to see how happy & healthy she is. It is an amazing thing to actually hold an answered prayer in your arms. It was also wonderful to see my friends as parents for the first time & what naturals they are. Ruby is a beautiful reminder of God's love & faithfulness.
