Hello friends! I hope everyone had as wonderful of the weekend as I did! Friday night I actually went to bed very early in preparation for Saturday's wedding. If you know me, you know I am a night owl and love to stay up late. So going to bed at 9:30 on a Friday night is almost unheard of for me! But I just wanted Saturday to come as quickly as possible.

Saturday was the day I got to capture one of my dearest and oldest friends marry the love of her life! Chelle and Jon's wedding could not have been more beautiful, it did come with a surprise though! We had a major rainstorm about 30 minutes before the outdoor ceremony was scheduled to start. This worked out well though because it's stopped in time to go on with the ceremony as planned. Just as Chelle began her way down the aisle the rain returned! The best part about this, Jon and Chelle both couldn't have cared less! They only had eyes for each other in that moment. I was so happy to be there for them during this time and to be the one capturing this milestone! I cannot wait to share more of their day on the blog really soon!

Sunday, my favorite day of the week, included church and a much needed two hour nap for me! I've been lacking on sleep a little bit lately but that's because I'm doing all kinds of things that I love. So catching up on sleep Sunday afternoon was a real treat! Now is time to start a brand-new week with brand-new opportunities and adventures and I'm so excited for what this week will bring!
