This wedding maybe one of the most special weddings I will ever get to photograph! That is because the bride was not only a member of my family but also one of my best friends. Emily and Grant have waited a long time for this day and it did not disappoint!

The love between Emily and Grant is almost tangible. When you are in their company you can see how in love they are! Their love is truly special and they wanted that to reflect in their wedding day. Emily worked tirelessly to take care of every last detail! From her personalized wedding dress down to the tiny details, like their forrest like decor at the reception. My favorite detail had to be thefootprint charm on Emily's bridal bouquet from their late daughter, Brylee Lynn. Even though Brylee may not have been able to be there physically, Emily made sure that she had a piece of Beylee with them on this special day.

Grant and Emily were both all smiles throughout the entire day. The moment they were pronounced man and wife I saw them both beaming with pure joy. Everyone was so happy for them and couldn't wait to celebrate at the reception. We had so much fun dancing the night away with friends and family. Of course we also celebrated with some amazing cake… Funfetti wedding cake! How awesome is that?!
