Hello friends! One of the highlights of my summer has been the chance to meet with Lauren and Andy, one of my 2017 couples. They are so much fun and their love for each other is clear to see. Lauren is incredibly sweet and sassy and I instantly knew she would be a blast to be around. So I was not shocked at all to find that Andy was just as fun and personable as Lauren; no wonder they're such a great couple! Andy is a pastor at Alger First United Methodist Church and that is where we decided to start the day. The church will not hold all of their future wedding guests so they will not be able have pictures there on their wedding day. They decided if we couldn't be there on their wedding then we definitely needed to take some of their engagement photos there. I loved our time at the church and hearing more about the specific plans for the wedding day. Lauren and Andy met during their time studying at Ohio Northern University and that is where most of their relationship developed and took place. It only seemed natural that we finish our time together on the university campus and I am so glad that we did. Being back on campus seemed to be incredibly special for these two as a couple. They talked about where they spent their time, how they started getting to know each other, and reminising on the moments they knew they were truly in love. How much sweeter can it get? We could not have asked for a more perfect day to meet for photos, even if it was pretty hot out, these two never complained. Lauren and Andy are beyond excited to start their marriage and I have to say I am beyond excited as well to be a part of their special day next May! Less than a year to go! "Woo-hoo!" ;)
