I have been looking forward to Lauren & Andy's wedding day for about a year now. When I first met them I knew their wedding would be very sweet and personal; and it absolutely was. Plus we had so much fun during their engagement session that I was excited to spend the whole day celebrating with them. Lauren and Andy's wedding day was beautiful in every way! From the pure excitement they both had to see each other, the tears of joy Lauren had while reading a letter from Andy before the ceremony, or the infectious happy laughter that Andy had all day; it was all wonderful! First off I was praising God that the predicted rain never came. Instead we had a GORGEOUS day!! The bridal parties had a great time exploring the downtown area for their photos and taking in a lunch at a local favorite: Kewpees.

The ceremony was a time of celebrating Lauren and Andy but the focus was on the love of Christ for us along with the Church and how marriage is symbol of this love. A beautiful moment was when both sets of parents surrounded Lauren & Andy to pray for them. While there were too many guests to invite up to take part in the moment, they were encouraged to extend their hands and pray for them and their new journey they were preparing to take. It was such a moving moment to witness. Lauren and Andy also took part in a communion ceremony and led the way for their guests to partake as well. Finally the moment came, the moment they were pronounced man and wife!

After this beautiful ceremony it was time to celebrate in style! The bridal party walked down the street to the reception hall and everyone enjoyed great food, sweet treats, with lots and lots of dancing! Let me tell you something, this group knew how to dance the night away. There were a lot of fun dance moves displayed as well as some slow dancing love birds spotted on the dance floor. One thing was consistent all day; both Lauren and Andy were practically radiating with happiness!
