I am so excited to share part 1 of a new mini-series on the blog today! I am following Bialy Properties, based in Circleville, OH, as they renovate their latest property. Jon Bialy and his business partner, Ike Wampler, have purchased several properties in historic downtown Circleville and renovated them from the ground up. Many of their properties have a business occupying the ground floor and apartments on the floor(s) above.

Jon has been my landlord since I relocated to Circleville and he has been fantastic! I have loved my apartment and its unique features from day one. Jon and Ike like to keep a mix of the historical features of the original building while bringing the main contents of the properties into the modern style.
